a pleasant surprise
modern room comfy bed kitchenette setup
i found the rooms modern and super clean. the layout was well-considered, and the comfy bed. there was also a smart tv in my room. i thought the little kitchenette setup was a great touch.
my room faced a busy road, and the window did not fully shut. the noise was somewhat disruptive. i wish i had quieter accommodations .

weak shower slow drain
the shower was very weak. also, the shower tray was slow to drain. i didn't sleep well because of this. i wish the hotel would fix these problems.

awesome stay!
modern room super clean rooms comfy bed smart tv
the rooms are modern. super clean rooms impressed me. rooms are finished to a really high standard. i loved the comfy bed. i enjoyed the smart tv. the little kitchenette setup is a great touch. it genuinely doesn't feel like a typical lodge anymore! it feels more like a boutique hotel. i could walk to a couple of really good pubs too. the fox & hound is in longthorpe and the boathouse is by the river. both are ideal for food and drinks. i walked to the queensgate shopping centre! i walked to the train station too. i also loved exploring the cathedral on foot.
the tv connection cut off sometimes.

this hotel offers a kitchenette in each room and that's a huge benefit! this allowed us to prepare some of our own meals, saving money and offering flexibility . the kitchenette was clean, well-equipped and convenient.

A Charming Stopover
lovely scheme cooking facilities ironing board complete stay
The room decor has a lovely scheme of colours! I found the hotel clean and bright. The staff maintains it very well. The cooking facilities were a real plus for me. I did enjoy the kettle, ironing board, and hairdryer. It was so complete!
The TV connection sometimes struggled to maintain a stable signal. It would cut off unexpectedly at times.

modern room fresh linen useful setup convenient location
The room was very clean and modern! Fresh linens were provided. I found the kitchenette setup to be particularly useful! It was also convenient being a short walk from the shopping center and train station.
The shower pressure was slightly lower than I prefer.
